I believe meditation is as important to eating the right food, drinking quality water and getting enough sleep. Why? Because without nutrition, hydration and rest, you literally can't live and without meditation, you risk not having a happy, healthy and successful life. You see, meditation brings you back to the present moment - where your life is happening. If you live in your thinking mind instead of the present moment, then, quite simply, you end up missing your life.
