“To love unconditionally is to fully embrace the moment you’re in."
... is one of my favorite quotes from my first book, New Beginnings. Although I wrote the book when I was 25 years old, the relevance and importance of applying it to my life today seems greater than ever.
Unconditional Love is the only Love that exists. Love is beyond the mind because it is beyond expectations, judgments, reasons, justifications and conditions, and beyond the past or future. Love is perfect, whole and complete and is always present. When you are fully embracing this moment you are not judging or resisting anything that has happened in the past, is happening now, or might happen in the future. Your immediate reaction is to Love, instead of find fault. You are allowing this moment to be exactly as it is. Love is all embracing, always present and absolutely infinite.
If I ever have a problem with a person, or if I’m finding it hard to make a decision then I simply ask myself – what would Love do now? This questions brings clarity because within all of us exists the knowing of how freeing Love is. How fearless, full and fantastic Living in Love is.
(By that, I'm not referring to the traditional idea of being 'in love' with one person, but rather, living constantly aware of the Source of Love within you...)
Living in Love is so important because I’ve observed ‘Living out of Love’ (i.e. unaware of the Source of Love within you), as being one of the main causes of physical conditions and life stresses. Based upon over 600 mind detox consultations, I’ve observed one core belief that sits at the heart of most people’s problems. Namely: the belief that they are separate from the Source of Love. And therefore have to do something to be lovable or 'get' love. This belief makes them look for Love outside of themselves, and end up disappointed. Not because they aren't loved by other people, but because the ‘Outside Love’ is never as intimate or fulfilling as the Love found within their own Heart.
By journeying inward to find the Source of Love, life becomes a magical adventure; free from fear or lack or limitation. And the benefits don't stop there because as you consistently take your attention within and rest in the Source of Love, you start to notice the same Love is present in the ‘outside’ world too. Colours become more vibrant, sounds become more clear and beauty becomes more brilliant. Love is experienced everywhere!

(Don’t worry; you still have preferences and discernment so you don’t end up jumping into bed with everyone you meet!!!!)
So let’s never get distracted from our main purpose for being on this planet, namely, to learn how to Love fully. For it is the key that opens the door of abundance, of joy, of peace and celebrating life fully in the knowledge that nothing is wrong. Life is magical. This moment lacks nothing. And your True Self is always at peace, completely contented and over-flowing with Love.
Make it real in your own life…
I encourage you to play today with Living in Love. Look to experience the inner beauty, innocence, and desire for connection within EVERY person you encounter. You will find that you cannot Live in Love without being present. You might want to consider learning and regularly practicing Ascension meditation because it certainly helps me to go beyond my mind and enjoy the infinite Love that is always present.
Lastly, remember that Love doesn’t make mistakes. Everything in your life right now, and by that I mean all aspects of your current career, relationships, finances etc is set up perfectly to help you learn how to Love fully, and in doing so, embrace the magnificent moment you’re in.
