"Moving beyond conventional thinking"
The average person has as many as 100,000 thoughts every day, of which, recent research has found, up to 95% is having a less than positive impact upon the body. The sheer quantity of thoughts people are having makes any attempts to ‘change your mind’ so that you ONLY have ‘positive thoughts’ an almost impossible task. Especially when you consider that most of your thoughts pass through your mind without you having any control over them whatsoever! It is therefore vital to also change how you relate to your mind, too, for you to sustain a healthy body and enjoy a truly abundant life.
I'm currently writing this newsletter in Mexico, where I've been meditating day and night since last December! It's been an incredible few months doing the teacher training of Ascension meditation, during which I've had the opportunity to explore and understand the true nature of 'the mind' and how to free myself from stress and limitations. My relationship with my mind, my emotions and my life is transformed. The peace, joy and love that I'm experiencing now far exceeds what I ever thought was possible. All I desire now is to help you experience the same (and more!). I'm very excited about returning to the UK in a couple of weeks to start teaching this unique and powerful form of meditation with you during my new weekend workshop and retreats.
Most importantly, I've discovered that moving beyond conventional thinking by changing your relationship with your mind can help you to experience ever deepening levels of inner peace in a permanent way (IRRESPECTIVE OF WHAT'S HAPPENING IN YOUR LIFE). This is possible because, ultimately, you are not your mind. Instead, you are the consciousness that is aware of your mind. And that consciousness is permanently still, silent and infinitely peaceful. In a very practical way, it is your True Self and by putting your attention back on it (by using the fun and easy form of meditation I now teach!), you can find that you instantly reconnect with what you’ve been searching for your entire life. And the best news... the benefits are instant because we only have this moment, right here, right now, to prioritise peace.
