When you submit this booking form the following will happen:
1) You will receive a confirmation email with your unique booking reference number
2) We will receive your booking form and reserve your place
3) If you’ve opted to pay by PayPal, you will be automatically directed to the PayPal website to process your payment.

If you’re booked a retreat, then:
4) We will call you within 48 hours to answer any questions you may have and organise payment (if you have not paid by PayPal).
5) You will then receive an info pack to help you prepare (including information about transfers) – usually within 14 days.
6) A couple weeks prior to your retreat we will contact you to answer final questions you may have and make sure you are ready to retreat.

Terms & Conditions
Health Policy
You are only allowed to attend our clinic, training course/workshop or retreat if you are of good enough health to get to and from the location without support and look after yourself during your time with us.

Payments
Spaces on our trainings are limited. To guarantee your place, please provide the full balance within 7 days of your booking. Payment can be made by all major debit and credit cards, by cheque or electronic balance transfer. If you pay by debit or credit card we will contact you when we receive your booking form to take payment. Please note, debit and credit card payments may be subject to a fee. We ask that you use your unique booking reference number (given to you when you complete your booking form) for any correspondence prior to your training. Please write your booking reference number on the back of your cheque or use as the reference for your electronic transfer. Thanks!

Cancellations and Refunds Policy
1. Cancellations made 90 or more days prior to training start date are given a full refund
2. Cancellations made between 89 and 60 days prior to training start date are given a 75% refund
3. Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days prior to training start date are given a 50% refund
4. Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days prior to training start date are given a 25% refund
5. Cancellations made between 14 and 0 days prior to training start date are not eligible for refund

I understand that my participation in this clinic, training course/workshop is completely voluntary, under my own free will and at my own risk. By agreeing 'Yes' to this waiver, I agree to assume full responsibility for any injury or injuries, physical, emotional and mental, that I may sustain by participating in this clinic, training course/workshop and/or retreat.

By agreeing 'Yes' to these 'Terms and Conditions' and submitting this booking form indicates that I have read and understand everything contained in this waiver, that I agree not to bring any suit for damages, regardless of whether or not negligence can be demonstrated, and that I am releasing all parties associates with the work of SANDY NEWBIGGING, AMAZING NOW, MIND DETOX METHOD (MDM), MINDBODYCO LTD, SUTRATMAN LTD, the sponsors, facilitators, organisers and property owners from any damages whatsoever.

None of the activities are compulsory and you are free to choose always.
